Since its inception, NWT Uranium Corp. has concentrated on the acquisition of properties with potential uranium and/or silver-gold targets. As a result, NWT Uranium has the option to acquire a majority stake in two highly prospective properties in northern Quebec, an area which the company believes hosts a new world-class uranium district. In addition, the company has the right to acquire 70% interest in a silver-gold property in Mexico's Durango State.
NWT Uranium is also the largest stakeholder in Niger Uranium, a company which holds significant land position in Niger, one of the world's leading uranium producers.
The company plans to acquire additional mineral resource properties which may or may not contain uranium and/or precious and base metal targets.
