- A binding Letter of Intent to acquire up to 65% interest in the North Rae Uranium Project in the Ungava Bay region in northern Quebec, Canada. Results to date have revealed the potential for a new uranium district.
- An option to acquire up to 65% interest in the Daniel Lake Uranium Project, which is contiguous with North Rae and expands NWT Uranium's Quebec project to cover a total area of approximately 305,000 acres (123,500 hectares).
NWT Uranium also has the option to earn 70% ownership in the silver-gold Picachos Project, located in Durango, Mexico. |
